Refund policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Every piece is carefully chosen, and we encourage you to read product descriptions and sizing details closely before placing your order. Please choose wisely, as we do not accept returns for change of mind.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item is faulty or damaged
You received the wrong item
The item is not as described
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your order number
A photo of the item (if faulty or incorrect. A short description of the issue)
We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
